Under EU Consumer Legislation Law you have the right to return unwanted products within 14 days on receipt of your order. Should you wish to return a product, please contact us within the 14 day cooling off period via email thepartyboutiqueshop@gmail.com or telephone 052 7462869. 

It is the customers responsibility to return the product(s) in the exact same condition that they received it, unopened in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Return delivery costs are to be paid by the customer. The Party Boutique ® takes no responsibility for any loss or damage on returning your product/s, we therefore recommend to take out postal insurance/proof of postage when returning goods.

The Party Boutique ® will issue your refund on receipt of receiving your returned product/s, providing that all returned/unwanted goods guidelines are met. A refund notification will be sent via text or email to the contact details provided.

Faulty Goods

The Party Boutique ® will issue a full refund or replace your goods, should your product(s) arrive to your delivery address damaged or faulty due to product manufacturing. We would please ask you to contact us on receipt of your order via email thepartyboutiqueshop@gmail.com or telephone 052 7462869.   

Our aim is for you to be a happy customer, so please do get in touch should you not be happy with any of our products. We really appreciate your valued feedback, as this information helps us when restocking and sourcing new products.
